1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ArchyBase, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Description of Services

ArchyBase provides AI-powered tools that allow users to:

  • Generate photorealistic interior, exterior, and landscape design renders
  • Convert sketches and reference photos into design visualizations
  • Create and explore 3D floor plans
  • Download generated design images for personal and commercial use

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

An account is required to access full platform features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • ArchyBase offers free and paid subscription plans
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Refund Policy

Digital services are delivered immediately upon activation.
Refunds are generally not available after AI generation credits have been used.
Exceptions apply for technical failures, duplicate charges, or billing errors โ€” contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Licensing and Ownership

All AI-generated designs created using ArchyBase:

  • Are yours to use under the terms of your plan
  • Personal plans: personal, non-commercial use only
  • Commercial plans (annual): permitted for commercial use including client projects

You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded reference images do not infringe third-party copyrights.
ArchyBase retains ownership of its AI systems, platform, and underlying technology.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ArchyBase to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our AI systems
  • Resell or redistribute the platform's technology
  • Upload images you do not have rights to use

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content โ€” including logos, UI elements, and underlying code โ€” is the property of ArchyBase.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ArchyBase is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific design outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect damages including lost revenue or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
