Refund Eligibility

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase
  • Credit Usage: If you have used more than 20 AI generation credits, you are no longer eligible for a refund
  • Subscription Renewals: Auto-renewal charges may be refunded if requested within 24 hours of the renewal date

  3. Submit within 3 days of your purchase

Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
A processing fee of up to 6% of the payment amount may apply.
Refunds are typically processed within 5โ€“10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits that have been used
  • Requests submitted after the 3-day window
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
